About

Ritika Singh, MSc, is a Senior Research Consultant at the GWU Center for Global Mental Health Equity and is based in Kathmandu, Nepal. She joined the Center in July 2021 as a Research Consultant with the NIMH R01 study RESHAPE (Reducing stigma among healthcare providers in Nepal). Her responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating progress of the project by keeping track of deliverables; building study related tools and protocols; compiling routine results to contribute to technical reports and documentation of outcomes; and preparing manuscripts for publication. As a senior consultant, she is interested in designing, building, and implementing impact evaluation schemes across research projects.


She completed her M. Sc. from Jacobs University, Germany and University of Bremen, Germany in 2017. Her specialization is in International Relations: Global Governance and Social Theory. Since her graduation, she has been working on research and implementation projects in Nepal across a diverse array of fields including open governance, civic engagement, migration, minority rights, and mental health.
