Ruth de Jong Montero, MSc

Ruth Marie de Jong Montero, MSc is a dedicated Global Health professional with a strong academic foundation in International and European Law. She holds an MSc in Global Health from Georgetown University and an LLB in International and European Law from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Her expertise lies in maternal, reproductive, and mental health.

Based in New York City, Ruth Marie works as a Research Assistant at the Center for Global Mental Health Equity at George Washington University. Most of her work focuses on supporting the RECOUP-NY study, which tests the effectiveness of Problem Management Plus (PM+) in New York City. Additionally, Ruth Marie supports the Center in publication writing.
