Description:

Digital mental health interventions have been shown to significantly reduce suicidal ideation among adolescents, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizing a randomized controlled trial, participants engaged with various digital platforms that provided support, therapy, and psychoeducation. Findings suggest a strong correlation between increased engagement with these digital resources and improved mental health outcomes. The results underscore the critical role of accessible mental health resources in addressing urgent needs among youth, advocating for the integration of digital solutions into public health strategies to effectively prevent youth suicide.
